How far ahead do I need to book?
Fourteen days before the event, minimum. Under that we can usually still do it, but there's an express charge of IDR 100.000. The order page works this out for you the moment you pick a date, so there are no surprises.
Can I choose the exact colours and flowers?
Yes, that's the whole point. Name the palette in the notes and send a reference photo in chat. If we can't source a shade we'll say so and offer the closest we can hand-tint. We recolour a lot of our stock ourselves.
Do you ship outside Indonesia?
Yes. Bouquets, kipas, corsages, haircombs and vase arrangements all post internationally from Yogyakarta. Installations, booth décor and long table centerpieces don't survive the journey, so those stay local; the catalogue marks which is which.
How much is shipping?
It depends on the box, not the price. Bouquets are light but bulky, so couriers charge on volume. We work out the real rate once we know your address and put it in the reply, before you pay anything.
How long do they actually last?
Indefinitely, kept out of direct sun. Dust them with a soft brush or a hairdryer on cool. No water, ever. The wrap and the tape aren't built for it.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the box before you open it fully and send us the pictures the same day. We deal with the courier claim ourselves and remake or refund. You shouldn't have to argue with a shipping company about a bouquet.
