How we look after your details.

We only ask for what we need to make and deliver your flowers, and we never sell it. Last updated: October 2026.

Who we are

This website belongs to The Posy Poise Studio, a small handmade faux floral studio in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, run by Dheana Titaura Hanindita. We decide what happens to the details you give us here.

What we collect, and why

  • Your order details: name, WhatsApp number, email (if you give it), delivery address, event and delivery dates, the pieces you choose and your notes. We use these to make your order, talk to you about it, and send it to you.
  • Your country: worked out roughly from your connection, only to show prices in the right currency. We never ask for or store your exact location.
  • Visit statistics: Google Analytics counts which pages are visited and what is added to an order, so we can see what works. It does not tell us who you are.

We do not take payment on this website, and we never ask for card or bank details here.

Saved in your browser

Your order list, your chosen currency and a copy of the catalogue are kept in your own browser so the site loads fast and remembers your order list. The order form is kept only until you close the tab. You can clear all of this any time from your browser settings.

Who else sees it

  • WhatsApp, when you press send. Your message is then handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
  • The courier delivering your order (name, phone number and address only).
  • The services that run this site: Netlify (hosting), Supabase (the database where orders are stored) and Google (visit statistics).

We never sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as Indonesian tax and accounting rules require (up to 10 years). Anything not needed for that can be deleted sooner if you ask.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022), you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Message us on WhatsApp (+62) 851-5665-9349 and we will reply within 3 working days.

Changes

If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
